Most Grayson subdivisions require advance HOA notification for moves, and some of the gated or higher-end neighborhoods require a refundable bond (typically $100–$250) in case of damage to common areas. Ask your HOA at least a week before the move.
Grayson’s newer subdivisions were built for modern traffic — wide streets, big cul-de-sacs, easy backing-in for trucks. This is one of the easier cities we work for truck access.
